New CollectionZ available on Etsy & Amazon

Good morning everyone!!!  As I'm sure you noticed by the tweets and Facebook updates last night, I was finally able to get my newest CollectionZ listed!  I'm very excited!!  This is just a super-cute Summer CollectionZ, for the beach, backyard BBQ or family vacation.

Here's another quick group of cards I made from some scraps leftover from various projects.  You can never have enough birthday and thank you cards I think!  All very simple but so appreciated when they are received.  All papers are DCWV and the Dotz can be found here and Digital too. 

News from the Studio

Greetings all, fellow scrappers!  I hope this very wintery weather is not cooling off your desire to be creative!  Yikes, but it is cold out there!  I came home the other day to the furnace running and I still had windows open.  It is supposed to be warm by now, even here.  Hopefully in a week all will be right again.

I do have a new CollectionZ created, but have not gotten it photographed so that I can get it loaded in the shop.  A really fun summer CollectionZ.  I can't wait to get it out there on both the Etsy Shop and the Amazon Store, depending on which you like to use.

I've also been busy trying to get my new backup solution in place, a vacation down to FL with the flight team, schoolwork (yikes!), selling the house, soaping, yard work, scrapping, being a mom, volunteering at the church... oh my gosh how do people get this all done!  LOL  It is never a dull moment.

I hope life is going well in your part of the world, bring a cup of coffee sometime and I'd love to just sit down and chat with you for a minute.  or two, or sixty.

Card Share - How Kind of You

This was a quick little set of cards I whipped up from some leftovers.  Paper is DCWV and the stamp is Stampin' Up!  They may be simple and quick, but they are so stinking cute!  Who would not love to get something like this in the mail?

Wow, it is has been a long time since I have posted anything, my apologies!  Hopefully this will help me get back on track!

News from the Studio

Good morning!  Well, it has been an exciting couple of weeks around here.  I had just finished up my newest addition to the CollectionsZ family, when I lost my external hard drive where i store everything.  And stupidly had no backup.  Thanks to lots of hours, and my techie knowledge, I was able to get the information off of the drive and it is all good!  YEA!  But talk about majorly scary!  So look next week for that to be up on the shop.

So, the moral of the story is, yes it can happen to you, so PLEASE make some sort of archive of your precious pictures, layouts, data, etc.  You'll thank me later! ;)

Update from the Studio

Well, we are a bit buried in here by Winter Storm Linus.  I'm hoping once the sun comes out I can go assess what the driveway looks like and get it cleaned out.  The wind will be the big factor, as it is coming from the north, and we have both an east-west, and a north-south driveway.  It is L shaped, in other words.  The wind is not supposed to let up until almost supper time, so that may mean I get a bit of extra studio time today whilst I wait.

Update from the Studio

Oh, wow, well, I have been very busy!  I have been working on several things, just not sure how they are all going to come together yet....  But here is a sneak peak...

I think I know what to do with the BubbleZ, but the trees I just kept playing around with different things and Oh my it was so fun!  I ended up with just a bunch of random trees.  So if you have any ideas what I should do, I'm all ears!

I do also have 1 more PaperPackZ that I want to do. Just got distracted for a bit.  By trees.  The responses to the digital offerings have been amazing!  Thank you to everyone, both paper & digital, who have supported me over the years.  It leaves me speechless!

Card Share - Happy Birthday

Just a whole series of birthday cards, all using DCWV papers.  Many, many other embellishments too, I will try to list as I see them.

 I loved the bird on this one.  For this, I just printed my sentiment on clear sticker paper.

 I painted the chipboard squares, and the stickers were from the Dollar Spot.

Used my big circle punch and hand-drew & cut the star.

 Orange, love orange.  And so does my nephew & 011, so there stuff tends to have a lot of orange.

Taking a break from my usual layout sharing to show off some cards.  I don't think any of these are repeats, but if they are I apologize.  As usual, they are all just scraps left over from other projects that I have done.  I have to tell you, it is a great way to keep utilizing your product, and really saves your wallet as you are not paying another $5 for an industrially-made card.  Don't have the time?  Then check Etsy, there are several crafters who sell there wares, including cards, that are simply divine!
