I’ve had these done for a bit, but just getting them posted to the shop amidst all the other hustle & bustle. Perfect for those school pages or last minute teacher gifts/cards!

These are some super-cute door hangers that I made for each of the obys. The back is an old CD that I covered with the paper. The ribbon is glued between the paper & disk & obviously is long enugh to slip over the knob.
Paper for Zack is My Mind’s Eye, letters are Chatterbox, Making Memories, Paper Studio and Lil’ Davis. Stickers are 7 Gypsies. Train is one of those little wooden pieces you can get out of the bin at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Add a picture and it is an adorable way to personalize a door in a very non-permanent (destructive) way.
Papers here are Junkitz, Letters are Making Memories, Paper Studio & Li’l Davis. Sticker is Creative Memories & button is Dress-It-Up.
All told, I think it took about an hour a piece. This is also a great idea for magnets and Christmas tree ornaments.
This single page layout is from our Gatlinburg trip, first family vacation, back in 2003. I was very pregnant with 000 & 003 was quite the handful. This was back when I was first starting to be OK with my own handwriting on my pages and it is funny to think all I used to do was on the PC now all I do is handwriting. Interesting to see the early days of that sylistic change. Paper is doodlebug, rubons are Creative Imaginations, I don’t remember where I got the charm and the ribbon is Offray, I’m sure.
I still struggle trying to go deeper with my journaling, beyond “just the facts, ma’am”, as I enjoy reading that. But perhaps that is just a part of what makes me me, but I would like to learn how to make it more meaningful. To tell a story, to get a person “inside” it.
Enjoy!

Here are some really quick cards that I made up from scraps when I was done with layouts and other projects. It seems like I always have a large pile of card bases waiting to be turned into something….
These 2 both are Bazzill Basics cardstock with Provo Craft paper (at Michael’s). Rubons are Basic Grey (I think!)
This is still Bazzill Basics cardstock but the paper is Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby) and then a Junkitz Rubon.
Just very simple and quick. I like having lots of cards around as I usually am sending out lots too. Thanks for checking them out!
This was a very fun project, I think start to finish, a day. Most of that time is in drying. If your kids are into such things, have them help you tear up the paper. I’ve learned putting all the torn up pieces in a Ziploc is a good way to shake them & get them all mixed up without making too big a mess. Also, if you have to set it aside during the middle, it helps make speedy cleanup. After modging all the scraps in place, you’ll want to put another coat on it to seal before attaching your embellishments. You can’t see, but I also covered the backside. I’m just like that. I would sit there & think about how the backside isn’t finished all day if I didn’t do it. So I did it. But it’s not a requirement. Just have fun. Your kids might even like the modge part. I like it when it gets all thick & sticky on my fingers, but I’m just like that, kinda weird… ;) This letter is approximately 24” tall, I got it at Joann’s. Hobby Lobby doesn’t have the great big ones (at least not the one here) but do have smaller ones if you want something smaller. Michael’s also sells them. Not sure how big theirs are. You could do wood, this one is papier mache. Again, that is not the important part, the having fun part is…
Papers are Daisy’Ds, French Market I think is the name of the collection. Flower from dollar store, Prima flowers too, Bazzill Basics Chip toppers, 7 Gypsies stickers, pictures, various buttons & ribbons. NJoy!

I’ve been busy this week getting new product created & ready to go up to the shop, also did some scrapping – made a cute little mini book for my dad, all 007 first year stuff. Here’s an older project I’ve had done but not shared yet….
Finished size is 8.5x11, I used baseball card pockets for the interior pages.. It holds my growing collection of ATCs from swaps and such. My Mind’s Eye paper, various stamps & chipboard letters, ribbon. Prima flowers. Bazzill Basics buttons.
TIA for looking!

I know it has been almost forever since I have shared anything. Really trying hard to find a pace & rhythm that doesn’t stress everyone out, but I still get stuff done. I guess that is a life-long process!
This is a little sketch journal that I altered back when I first started going though my separation, as a way to try and work through the issues I was feeling & facing. It then just sort of morphed from there. Not really going to share anything on the inside as that is a bit raw, but will show you the pretty outside.
Paper is Gen-X, rub-ons are Making Memories, Stamps are Stampin-up and ??, flower is from the Dollar Tree or someplace like that. Cover is sealed with mod-podge.
Hello all! Happy sunny Sunday (at least it is sunny here & it is beautiful – but COLD!) Maybe these will help warm you up a bit! All cardstock is Bazzill Designs, all patterned papers are Gin-X. Loved her stuff, wish she would have stuck around. Got to meet her once, very sweet, down-to-earth lady!
Just some punched scraps & a rectangle. Perfect for adding a needed sentiment later. And sanding, I love sanding!
Very cute, very simple. Just some layered torrn paper, a flower & a brad. Flower is Paper Studio, brad is Making Memories.
Just some left-over rectangles. Flower is Jo-Anns, Brad is Making Memories.
Just good, ole paper here, lightly sanded. Just add thought later.
Very simple, quick projects to do & what a way to use up left-over scraps from other projects. I always do that. And so I very seldomly have to buy a card.
Got some more product cooking for the shop, but took a break to do some scrapping and some organizing.
Hello everyone! Here is a simple little mini book I made for our retreat a couple years back for a friend who attended. Very fun! All papers are MME and the cardstock is Bazzil Basics.
Some doodlebug stickers & a flower from the dollar store. The rub-on is Chatterbox.
A post-it note makes a nice little journal spot. Sticker is Art Warehouse.
Scrapworks Hug, some ribbon, Bazzill Chip topper & I’m not sure where the square stickers came from.
Acrylic Piece from Joann’s. Cross sticker from Jolee’s & the quote was from some KI Memories paper that I cut out. Flower is Prima.
Ribbon, and the metal tag was from a Christmas collection from DCWV.
Thanks so much for looking!

Just wanted to let you know I had tweeted a few things that did not get updated onto FB properly. Come to find out the link between my two accounts is broken. I’m trying to get it resolved, but all I’m getting is that “twitter is over capacity”. Sigh…. But I promise I won’t give up! The important part was to just let you all know that packages have been shipped out & most of you should already have them. Thanks so much!
